Add / Remove Single Recipient

Add a Recipient

  1. Select the list the recipient is to be added to from: Navigation Bar > Data > Lists
  2. Double click the list to open it
  3. Click Add Recipient in the toolbar at the top of the list to add a single recipient by email address
  4. Enter the email address to be added to the list
  5. Click Add

The recipient will be added to the list. If the email address already exists within the system any profile field data will also be visible.

Remove a Recipient

  1. Select the list containg the recipient that is to be removed from: Navigation Bar > Data > Lists
  2. Double click the list to open it
  3. Find and select the recipient to be removed from the list (to filter the list you can click the small down triangle in the Email Address header and enter a specific address or part of an address)
  4. With the recipient selected, click Remove Recipient from the toolbar at the top of the list

Gone But Not Forgotten

Clicking the Remove Recipient button will only remove the recipient record from that specific list. The email address will still exist within Maxemail and will be available to any other lists that it may also be in.
