Connecting your Hubspot account to your Maxemail account allows you to import your Hubspot Contacts into Maxemail.

Connecting Your Hubspot Account

From the top system toolbar select:

Features > Connected Accounts

This will open the connected accounts tab and list possible integrations.

Click on the Connect button on the Hubspot row.

This will take you through the steps to fill in your Hubspot account details via a Hubspot security portal.

Once connected the button will change to show a Disconnect button and the row will show the details of which Hubspot account is connected.

Subscription

When pulling in Contacts from Hubspot, Maxemail cannot distinguish between Subscribed and Unsubscribed records.

It is advised therefore to use Hubspot's list filtering options to make sure you select only Contacts where you have gained their permission to send them marketing messages before importing them into Maxemail.

Alternatively, if you are using a Hubspot Profile field to track marketing permission then you could import this and link it to Maxemail's Subscription field.
