SMS replies

Maxemail's SMS reply handler will allow you to receive email notifications for all of the replies to your SMS and view each reply within the platform.

As SMS messages are sent from your dedicated virtual mobile number, it's possible for recipients to reply to SMS messages they receive. Maxemail uses these replies to handle unsubscribes by looking for the STOP keyword, but as SMS is a highly personal channel, recipients may reply with other messages. You may also wish to encourage recipients to reply, for example to confirm or alter an appointment time.

View

The number of replies are shown on the Reporting tab, and the replies themselves are visible in the Replies tab on an individual SMS and also all together in Reports (top-right menu) > SMS Replies.

Export

Replies can be downloaded as a CSV from an individual SMS message.

Before you send an SMS message, you can configure reply notifications in the SMS Setup Tab so they are forwarded as emails when received.
