Social media options

It is possible to link your company's Social Media accounts directly to Maxemail. This is a requirement when you want to use some of the Social Media features within the platform and for other features it will simply make using them easier.

Setup Instructions

Administrator role

You will need to have Administrator privileges in order to follow the steps outlined below.

To begin go to Tools > Connected Accounts

This opens up us to the Accounts tab where any recognised social media platforms will be listed.

Connecting is done by clicking the Connect button against the social media platform you wish to connect and following the details to select the correct account to connect.

• You can only connect one account of any type.

• To change the linked social site you much first unlink any currently connected site of that type
