Emails in a split test
Any Emails that you include in the Test will need to be given subject line, from name/address, content etc as per a regular Email Campaign.
Attaching Data
Unlike a regular Campaign, emails in a Split Test do not have the data attached directly. Instead this is done via the Data Tab of the Split Test itself.
Approve to Send
In order for an Email to be considered "ready for sending" in the Test it must be Approved. This can be done on each email by navigating to:
Email > Scheduling Tab > Approve to Send
Unlike a regular campaign you are not going to set the scheduled delivery times on the emails here. Instead the scheduling is done on the Setup Tab of the Split test itself.
When setting an email to Approved you may also notice a warning that "The Split Test must also be approved for email to send".
