Breakdown
Sent
The total number of recipients who were sent the message.
Delivered
The total number of recipients delivered. The percentage given is defined as (Total Sent - Total Bounces) ÷ Total Sent × 100
.
Bounces
The total number of recipients not delivered to. This figure is a sum of all bounces, temporary and permanent. The percentage given is defined as Total Bounces ÷ Total Sent
. The number of bounces will vary as the campaign progresses, the figure may decrease as delivery retries change from fail to success.
Temporary
A temporary reason why the recipient could not be delivered to (often referred to as a Soft bounce) e.g. Recipient inbox is full.
Permanent
A permanent reason why the recipient could not be delivered to (often referred to as a Hard bounce) e.g. The email address does not exist. If a permanent bounce occurs the recipient will be added to the Global Bounce List.
Opens
The number of unique recipients who have opened the email (does not include multiple opens by the same recipient). The percentage given is defined as Opens ÷ Delivered × 100
.
Total Opens
The total number of opens (includes multiple opens by the same recipient). The percentage given is defined as Opens ÷ Delivered × 100
.
Clicks
The number of times your email was clicked (can be any link and does not include multiple clicks by the same recipient). Each click is date/time stamped. The percentage given is defined as Clicks ÷ Delivered × 100
.
Total Clicks
The total number of times your email was clicked (this includes any link and may include multiple clicks on the same link). The percentage given is defined as Total Clicks ÷ Delivered × 100
.
Link Clicks
This figure is calculated by adding together the total number of unique clicks on each link in the email. Each link only counts the first click by each recipient. The total number of clicks on all links are then added together to give the number of "Link Clicks". The percentage given is defined as Link Clicks ÷ Delivered × 100
.
Per Open
Is a percentage, defined as Clicks ÷ Opened × 100
.
Conversions
The number of individual recipients who have completed a transaction as a result of a link click, when ROI Tracking is enabled.
Total Conversions
The total number of transactions completed from link clicks (includes multiple conversions from the same recipient).
Revenue
This is the total value of orders recorded by the ROI tracking, when enabled, ie. If ROI tracking is enabled and configured. eg. This is the total revenue generated as a result of this email campaign. Revenue is also shown as an average based on the total revenue divided by the figures for: Delivered, Opens, Clicks, Converted and Conversions.
Unsubscribes
This is the total number of recipients that have unsubscribed from this email campaign. The percentage given is defined as Total Unsubscribes ÷ Delivered × 100

- Local – using a local unsubscribe link (LU)
- Global – using a global unsubscribe link (GU)
- Feedback – where the email has been marked as junk by the recipient for online email services (AOL, Yahoo etc.) or the recipient has used their inbox provider's unsubscribe mechanism; see Feedback loops for more details
