Segment Comparison report

Similar to a standard Comparison report, a Segment Comparison Report will compare the performance of a number of segments across one or many emails.

When creating a new Comparison Report, choose Segment as the type.

Select one or more emails and segments to include in the report data selection by expanding the displayed folders and ticking the checkbox next to each required name or folder. The performance of Recipients sent these emails will be used to generate the data for each of the selected segments.

Once the email and segment selection is made, click Save. A report can now be generated using the saved selection. This may take some time depending upon the number of segments and Recipients included in the selected emails.

The generated report behaves like a standard Comparison Report but with each item in the report as one of the segments, rather than an email.
