Recipient Overview

This report shows the changes to the number of Recipients in your Customer Space. It's accessed in the top-right Reports menu > Recipient Overview.

The chart on the Reporting tab shows the count of the total number of Recipients, and the number of List Recipients for the past 30 days. The difference between the two values is due to the normal behaviour of Recipients Without Lists. This is normal behaviour, however a particularly large difference may show that you're keeping data longer than necessary, and should configure a Data Retention period.

The Activity tab records changes to the Recipient counts. This is typically due to a single Recipient being manually deleted under a GDPR-style Right-to-Erasure request, or a daily automatic deletion of multiple Recipients by the Data Retention policy
