Create Profiles & Fields

You can only add a Profile Field once you have a Profile to store it in. So the first step is to:

Create a Profile

  1. Open the Data panel from the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. From the green Section Toolbar select the New Profile icon.
  3. You will be prompted to name your new Profile and optionally select the folder in which you want to save it.

Once you have Profiles set up you can:

Create a Profile Field

  1. Open the Data panel from the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. From the green Section Toolbar select the New Profile Field icon.
  3. You will be prompted to name your new Profile Field and select the Profile in which you want to save it.
  4. You should also make sure you select the Field Type to match the type of data you plan to store in it. You cannot change this once the field is created.
