Dynamic content

Using Dynamic Content allows you to personalise every aspect of your email content based on your Recipient Profiles & Profile Fields.

To set up dynamic content there are two additional steps to creating your email that you need to follow. These are:

• Snippets - Content snippets are the different offers or news articles that are inserted into your email. Essentially they are blocks of HTML code or text.
• Rulesets - These are the rules that define which snippets get inserted for each recipient. An example rule would be: IF Profile Field 'Favourite Colour' = Blue THEN INSERT 'Blue' snippet

Email Builder support

Snippets are only supported in email campaigns created using your own HTML code. They are not supported in the Email Builder.
