Recipients without lists

There may be Recipients stored in a Customer Space which are not associated with any lists.

Recipients may exist in a Customer Space without being on a list for a number of reasons:

  1. Manually removed from all lists using the Remove Recipient button in the interface.
  2. Lists that originally contained the recipients have been deleted.
  3. Added when sent a Triggered Email, including any personal profile data.
  4. Added when sent a Transactional Email.

These Recipients will not be visible directly in the interface.
You can find Recipients like this if you know their email address by using the Recipient Search feature.
